1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VENICEHUB ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VENICEHUB. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (scripts, mods, posts, comments). By posting, you grant VENICEHUB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
  • Distribute malware, leaked, or pirated content.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Spam, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs.
  • Attempt to bypass security or access restricted areas.
  • Resell or redistribute paid products without permission.

6. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases of digital products are processed via PayPal/Stripe. Due to the digital nature of products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate charges or non-functional products.

7. Donations & Subscriptions

Donations are non-refundable. Verified subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period.

8. Intellectual Property

VENICEHUB's branding, design, and code are owned by us. FiveM, GTA V, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Cfx.re.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. VENICEHUB is not liable for damages resulting from use of the Service, user content, or third-party scripts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
